your nutrition matters
With credible, evidence-based knowledge, my mission is to support women through peri-menopause (which can start as early as 35 yrs of age) to help navigate the multisystem body changes through lifestyle, diet and nutrition.
My Gentle Nutrition approach can provide guidance for women looking to improve their overall relationship with food, eating and their bodies during this transition phase. Helping to sort out the noise and misinformation, I am passionate about setting the record straight through evidence-based information, with a compassionate and unique approach.
The vision to help transform lives for better health, improving relationship with food, quality of life, prevention of disease and longevity while thriving with improved nutrition is my goal.
